From June 13th through June 20th players will be able to try out demos of hundreds of upcoming PC games directly from the Steam platform.
Valve’s Steam Next Fest is a multi-day celebration of upcoming games where players can explore game demos, watch developer livestreams, and chat with teams. While Valve hasn’t shared exactly what may be playable for the upcoming event (when it does, we shall update this post accordingly – so check back intermittently for updates), we’re expecting that the company will promote games that are great on the Steam Deck.
Similarly to last year, Steam Next Fest will not be taking place in person due to ongoing health risks surrounding COVID-19; instead it will be taking place online. To set a reminder, you can head to the Steam Next Fest event page.
