Instagram is adding certain long-overdue improvements to its mobile and browser experiences. Following a testing period with selected users, Instagram is finally extending its services to include in-app post scheduling.
Users will have the ability to toggle on and off the “Schedule this post” function, located under Advanced Settings. They can then choose the day and hour when the content will be posted.
Under the new Scheduled Content area, users will be able to modify or track upcoming scheduled posts.
As this feature is only available to professional and business accounts on the app, in a short statement, a Meta representative affirmed the claim, saying, “We are testing the ability to schedule content with a percentage of our global community.”
